1. Eligibility for Returns
 Only defective items are eligible for return. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items
 Customized lenses, sale items, and gift cards are strictly non-returnable.

3. Return Process
 Returns require prior approval. Customers bear return shipping costs.

4. Refunds
 Refunds are solely at Glasseo Eyewear's discretion. Processing time: 10–15 business days.

5. Exchanges
 Only allowed for manufacturing defects.

6. Cancellations
 Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placement.

7. Jurisdiction
 All disputes regarding returns are subject to Varanasi jurisdiction.
