7. Prescription Lenses & Contact Lenses

  • Eye testing services are available at select locations and by prior appointment only.
  • Customers must provide accurate details when booking appointments.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified accordingly.
  • Eye test results are based on professional judgment and should be reviewed with a qualified optometrist.
